This equipment is a special closed-circuit television equipment used on the top of a blast furnace in a steel plant, using pure air cooling. The front end of the outer layer of the probe adopts the form of an expansion port, which is directly cooled by compressed air, and an air curtain is formed at the front end of the air outlet, which effectively prevents the erosion and blockage of the lens by the dust in the blast furnace; the front end of the inner layer adopts the pinhole form, which is The camera and lens are forced air-cooled, and at the same time, an air curtain is sprayed at the front end to effectively prevent the high temperature and dust in the furnace from eroding the front end of the lens. The equipment extends the camera lens into the furnace and makes a hole through the furnace wall to directly observe the feed, material surface and combustion conditions of the material layer in the furnace. It not only ensures production safety, but also improves the working environment, reduces labor intensity, and facilitates the realization of centralized scheduling and automation of the production process
